Leasing Programs

Leasing programs allow clients to invest in leases owned through a limited partnership sold to a partnership from large institutions.  The goal of this product is to provide income to the investor with return on the sale of the portfolio.  Companies may be looking to increase cash flow and sell their hard assets to partnerships to free up this capital.
