As President of the Pacific West Financial Group family of companies, Shanon's focus is to ensure that all components of the firm are working in harmony to support its vision to be the premier independent financial services firm in the nation.

Through its broker/dealer and registered investment advisor, Pacific West is dedicated to providing quality products and services to advance the goals of independent financial advisors and their clients throughout the United States. 

Shanon joined Pacific West in 2000 as Vice President and drew on his experience as a commercial real estate appraiser and analyst in building its Due Diligence department. In 2007, he was named President of Pacific West. Shanon has worked hard to build on Pacific West's service-oriented culture as the firm has expanded from 135 advisors located in 7 states in 2000 to more than 300 advisors located in 29 states. 

Shanon received his BA in Economics from the University of Washington in 1993.
