Pacific West is dedicated to presenting best practices and delivering educational content at our meetings and events. In fact, in order to provide our audience what is most needed, we have a specific taskforce made up of financial advisors and home office staff that continually meet to decide presentation ideas.

Some of our events:

Each year we host our Leadership Summit conference and welcome our financial professionals and their assistants. This event is centered on delivering enriching content for today’s advisor. We look to maximize knowledge through efficiency planning and technology, what Top Producers are doing to generate new business and what is the latest in product offerings. Our annual Top Producer Event offers an educationally rich format of high level product and industry discussions provided in a fun and relaxed environment.  

Regional visits are held throughout the nation, and are another way we stay connected. By meeting with advisors on a purely relationship building visit, we are sure to keep nimble to their business needs.

We offer frequent Webinars throughout the year on a variety of subjects. These calls focus on providing further training for the financial advisor and staff, practice management ideas, manager due diligence review, personal development and coaching topics.
